Getting Started

Three simple steps, and I'll handle the rest.

Reaching out is usually the hardest part. Here's exactly what happens after you do — no surprises.

1
Reach out

Send the form below, or call or text the office. Tell me as much or as little as you'd like — a sentence is plenty. I'll respond within one business day to find a time that works.

2
Complete your paperwork

You'll get a secure link to your intake forms — history, consent, and privacy notices. It takes about 15 minutes and is done online before your first visit, so we can spend that hour talking instead.

3
Begin healing

Meet me in Whitehouse or Longview, or join by secure video from home. We'll start where you are and go at a pace that feels right.

Request an appointment

Fill this out and I'll be in touch personally within one business day. There's nothing you need to prepare beforehand.

Prefer to talk first?

Some people would rather hear a voice before committing to anything. Call or text and we'll talk it through — no obligation.

What to bring to your first visit

Your completed forms

Submitted online ahead of time — nothing to print.

Payment method

Card, HSA, or FSA. Due at the time of service.

A private space

For telehealth: somewhere you won't be overheard, and headphones if you have them.

Nothing else

You don't need the right words or a tidy explanation. Just come as you are.

If you need help right now

This form and phone line aren't monitored around the clock. If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please use one of these — they're staffed 24/7 and they want to hear from you.
