What the appointment form collects

When you send an appointment request, you choose what to share — typically your name, an email address or phone number, and a short note about what you're looking for. The form also has two optional questions about the kind of counseling you're interested in and how you'd prefer to meet. That's all collected for one reason: so Alecia can reply to you personally and find a time to talk.

The form isn't encrypted

Please don't include detailed clinical information, a full history, or anything highly sensitive in the message field — the form isn't an encrypted or confidential channel, and there's no need to explain everything up front. A sentence or two is plenty; the rest belongs in session. If you're in crisis, don't use the form — call 911 or call/text 988.

Where your request goes

Your request is delivered as an email straight to Alecia's inbox. It is notsaved to a database on this website, and it isn't shared with any advertiser or data broker. It simply becomes an email she reads and replies to, like any other message.

No tracking, no analytics, no ad cookies

This site doesn't use advertising pixels, marketing trackers, session recording, or cookies that follow you around the web. There is no third-party analytics watching how you browse. You can read these pages without being tracked.

Asking to have your information deleted

Because a request is just an email, removing it is straightforward. If you'd like the message you sent deleted, email or call the office and Alecia will delete it from her inbox. You can reach the practice at 430-558-1150.

This is about the website — not your care

This notice covers the website only. The privacy of your actual counseling — your records, session notes, and health information — is governed separately by the practices Alecia follows as a clinician. Her full Notice of Privacy Practices is provided with your intake paperwork before your first session, and it's the place to look for how your clinical information is protected.
